It’s almost bridal fair season. There are over 9 bridal fairs in January that we are signed up for so far that I know of. Many will follow as the season approaches. If you are a bride this is a perfect time for you to check out the local vendors. Anyone that is anyone will be at the bridal fair for you to meet, check out their products and if you lucky book your date. Smart brides come ready to put down deposits/retainers. Do your homework ahead of time to cash in on big discounts the vendors are offering at the fairs. Many of us vendors from photographers to DJs want to know what our next year’s schedule will look like. We offer incentives for booking at the fairs because for most of us when a date is booked it’s booked. We booked 30 weddings at the Ramada Inn Topeka Bridal Fair Last year alone! At the fair brides got to get in the booth and get pictures taken with the family and friends they brought to the fair with them, they got to check out our scrapbooks and most of all they got to meet us. FYI some fairs are free and some have a small fee but either way getting to meet the vendors is worth it. Make sure you get a good feeling from them. After all this is your special day. Do your homework and be prepared for this years fairs. Look for the schedule of events soon that will tell you when and where we will be.
