A Sponsorship is where a business can chose to pay for the SayCheez PhotoBooth for a school or non-profit event. There are several benefits to being a sponsor. First the business can use the expense as a valuable write-off for tax time. Second is the residual marketing effect. The strips that are printed by the booth will feature the sponsor's name or logo on each one. These strips then circulate all around town and Facebook. Since people leave most events with a few strips they end up all over.
Sponsors should pay the school or non-profit directly before the event so that the paper trail for tax time is correct. The school will then pay the SayCheez PhotoBooth and complete a school or non-profit contract. The sponsor should email a logo to SayCheez PhotoBooth or feel free to call us at 1-800-SayCheez.

Fryes Automotive in Topeka, KS donates money to Washburn Rural High School every year. We proposed they sponsor the SayCheez PhotoBooth for the post prom. Rather then print coupons or put up a banner that the students will forget or lose, their name was at the top of each strip. When people see the strips they ask, “Why does it say Fryes Automotive at the top?” That two seconds in your brain is the same effect that you get from radio or TV advertising. Not to metion that when a radio or TV ad is over they are gone. These strips have a 90 year archival quality! We proposed that a student may not take their strip in to the shop right after the post prom and get service. However a month from now when their check engine light comes on and they have to make a decision who they will call, they will have a connection to Fryes Automotive. They may not know why but that’s how marketing works. Also since most of the strips ended up on Facebook from the post prom they are just a click away from finding the name. As most businesses know if you can develop a relationship with a customer at a young age and treat them right they will be a customer for life.
Plus the students loved the SayCheez PhotoBooth so much that there was a line all night. At the end of the night they began to give out the prizes. The students in line for the PhotoBooth were not even getting out of line to see what they won. We joked with them that we were going to go get their Ipods if they weren’t.

Reese Nichols Real Estate Services sponsors the Topeka Aids Gala every year. They get a listing in the back of the auction catalog thanking them for their donation. But what happens to that catalog when the auction is over…it's trash. We proposed that they sponsor the SayCheez PhotoBooth instead. We explained that they could give out 600 business cards at the black tie event as ask each person to take the card and place it on Facebook or take it to work with them the next Monday and put it up on in their office…but they won’t. That would be crazy. But when the Reese Nichols logo was featured at the top of the strips that night, that is exactly what happened. Over 300 strips circulated Topeka after the event. Not to mention that a CD of all the photos was made to be used as a slideshow for next year's event. So even if Reese Nichols decides not to sponsor next year's event their logo will be viewed by all the patrons at that party as well.

Via's Pizzaria in Topeka, KS has the most creative refrigerator magnets that look like a piece of pizza. They were a little more pricy then regular magnets but its worth it if the customer will actually use them. We proposed Vias Pizza sponsor the Discovery School Carnival. We would feature their name and phone number at the top of the strips. As you can imagine photos of preschoolers with silly hats, sunglasses and fake mustaches are perfect fridge art.
